там же расписано, что:

*Only orders over 10,000 JPY (the total amount shown at check-out) made at participating stores qualify.
*International Shipping Fees up to 3,000 JPY are free. For shipping fees of 3,000 JPY or more, the amount exceeding 3,000 JPY must be paid by the customer.

Я тоже кинулся мелочевку заказывать, но...сейчас лихорадочно думаю, над общим заказом от 10000 йен.
